Purchasing a new battery is a serious financial investment, which usually happens in case of "death" of batteries currently used.
Often, the main reason for the battery to lose its capacity is the discharge which is too deep, or simply the wrong operation. A good solution would be the "big maintanance" Regeneration, which depending on the degree of natural wear and tear can recover up to 70% -80% capacity of the battery.
* Measurement of the density of the electrolyte (and possible correction)
* Measure the voltage across the battery and the voltage of individual cells
* Re-measurement of the battery voltage under load
* Loading sulphurising
* Battery capacity measurement ;
* The expertise of the current state of battery
* Verification of intercell connections,
* Verification of status of the battery cable terminals,
* Assessment of the battery box and insulation resistance measurement,
* Diagnosis and repair damage of the battery
Regeneration Maintenance is processed in the BATER FACILITY in Warsaw.
Depending on the original and natural state of battery it is possible to recover the performance of 70% -80% of rated capacity. This is a very good result taking into consideration a low cost (compared to the price of a new battery) of performing such a service.
