Battery control systems

The battery is still one of the most important elements of a forklift. Renting and leasing batteries or forklifts is becoming more and more popular, especially those with long working time. In such cases, you can not get much information from the battery itself. BATCOM battery controller was developed to eliminate that problem. The device receives, stores and transmits important operational data and battery status information. Assembly of the device is very simple and requires no programming or special mechanical tools. Mechanical construction is compact and well prepared for continuous operation on battery in harsh conditions. Data transmission via radio provides safe and free from interference communication with the receiver and the PC / laptop. BATCOM basic is equipped with a sensor measuring low level electrolyte as well as in sensor measuring the battery temperature.

Mounted on the battery cell. Probe placed in the cell's jar via an LED on the lid indicates the need for refilling the electrolyte level.
