Our modernized production plant cells Bater Gliwice performs in wet injection technology using envelope separation of positive plate. The modern complex of high-end machine production line guarantees the highest quality of manufactured products. The main advantages of new technology for the production of tubular positive plate and negative pasted grid plates is a significant improvement in key parameters such as cell capacity, better cyclic parameters, increased resistance to deep discharge, longer battery life. At the same time new technology ensures less consumption of lead - the main raw material for the production of lead-acid cells.
To meet the expectations of customers for Polish and Bulgarian forklift trucks and platforms we offer batteries with welded cells connectors at very competitive prices.

Long life:
Guaranteed by our use of the highest quality materials. Battery life at the 1500 cycle level is a result of many years of experience and of our tried and proven production process.
Low level of self-discharge: results from the use of dynel sleeves of the highest quality.
Low internal resistance: an effect owing to the use of separators by well-known international producers.
Maximum use of accumulated energy: Low internal resistance reduces loss resulting from battery use. This ensures optimal use of the energy accumulated in the cells, thereby extending working time. Low resistance also shortens recharging times, thus increasing battery flexibility.

Reduced operating costs: Low water usage is guaranteed by specially designed stoppers and separators which limit the amount of heat generated during cell use.
High degree of safety: Cell casings, made of polypropylene, are resistant to both low and high temperatures. The coating on the boxes is resistant to impact, acids, and unfavorable environmental conditions.
Limited risk of short-circuiting: Battery cells are linked via a fully insulated, elastic connector.

The need for refilling the electrolyte in the cells lead-acid traction is mainly due to water loss during the operation undergoing electrolysis processes. Supplementation ensures an adequate level of water and gravity of the electrolyte and can be implemented in two ways: manually and automatically.
BFS water refilling system consists of float plugs placed in each cell, connected by flexible plastic tubing system. Distilled water from the reservoir through the tube gets into every cell, and float system ensures supply of closing its proper level.
Plugs with float and valve system discharging gases from the cells of flexible PVC tubing system connecting all cell battery one-point (central) system, triggering quick replenishment of the water system in all cells at the same time automatic electrolyte supplement to a certain level.
Traction cells PzS and PzB (lead-acid liquid electrolyte) can be equipped with electrolyte mixing system. Mixing of the electrolyte in the cells is forced by letting a stream of air to the bottom part of the cell. The air stream is supplied by pneumatic pump placed in the charger, it gets into each battery cell through a system of flexible tubes.
